I graduated from the University of York St John with a Sports Science Degree. I entered the world of recruitment soon after, and 20+ years later I’m still here!

My recruitment journey has seen me work with some leading global brands across the sports and fashion arena, food retailers, the hospitality and leisure sector and, founder-run organisations where I’ve played a key role in the growth of the company.

The early days of phone calls and face-to-face meetings taught me the importance of honesty and integrity–values which are still at the heart of my business today. And as a runner, I know that nothing replaces the training-hours and miles; there are no short-cuts.

Relationships are an integral part of my business and many span the length of my career. I feel privileged to work with people from all levels & disciplines–something which makes every day different and exciting. Outside of work, I’m a passionate runner who loves spending time with my family.
