I have spent the past 20 years in senior executive recruitment, mainly agency side but also spent 3 years in-house as Head of Talent at one of the UK’s leading Private Equity houses where I took full responsibility and accountability for the recruitment of the portfolio leadership Teams. 

In my early years I played a lot of Semi-professional sport, both football and cricket, this along with my private equity and investment knowledge is perfect for my role at PartnerWwise. I will overarch all our current sectors from a PE, Investment and UHNW perspective with an additional focus on Sport and Sports clubs. 

Out of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, if it’s not long dog walks on the coast, I am trying to get a round of golf in. I love to cook and try new foods and wine. I am also a Senior Advisor for a new Venture Capital business, Impact Counsel where I support the founders on fundraising and Human Capital.
