Since graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Sports Science, I have accumulated over a decade of experience in the global sports industry, developing expertise in both sports recruitment and commercial development.

While I have successfully built commercial sponsorships and partnerships between top athletes and brands, the majority of my work has focused on recruitment and executive search. My approach is centered on building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring I thoroughly understand their unique needs.

I am a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within the sports industry. For the past three years, I have been a leading consultant in the sports team at f1 recruitment, now part of PartnerWise Collective.
