I graduated from Loughborough Uni in 1998 and joined the world of recruitment.

My 26 year career has included working for large blue chip and start up recruitment businesses.

I have worked with and supported a broad range of clients from large global to founder-led, entrepreneurial organisations, recruiting Head of, Director, C-Suite + levels within the UK and internationally both on an interim and permanent basis.
I am consultative with my clients and candidates and enjoy developing long term partnerships.

Away from work, life is busy, I will often be found standing on the side lines supporting my 3 children playing cricket, football, hockey, netball, running etc

I sit on the board of Harrogate Cricket Club, supporting the junior section and I am proud to be helping to grow our Women & Girls section.

With any other free time I enjoy running, cooking, travelling and I have been a military wife for 21 years!
