With a 1st class degree in Sport Business from Liverpool John Moores University and experience spanning executive search, agency recruitment, and corporate talent acquisition, I bring a multi-faceted perspective to talent insights and market intelligence.

My career journey began at Nolan Partners in executive search, where I developed a deep understanding of thorough recruitment processes and talent mapping. Following this, I honed my commercial skills and talent development expertise at Decathlon, where I gained a deep understanding of Retail and the ability to adapt to different working environments. Most recently at Lucy Walker Recruitment, I built an impressive track record of successful placements and exclusive client relationships across West Yorkshire.

As a certified recruitment professional with the REC Level 3 qualification, I specialise in identifying emerging talent pools, analysing compensation trends, and providing strategic intelligence to inform search strategies.

My passion for sport, which has been a constant throughout my career, enables me to bring valuable industry insights to our active lifestyle clients while my adaptable research methodology and analytical approach benefit clients across all our industry verticals.
