I am the joint originating founder and owner of the global executive search, interim, and talent solutions firm – PartnerWise.

My career spans over 38 years. The first 10 in Retail where I became a Retail Director of a high-growth business and gained an intimate understanding of the industry through the advisory and execution work in talent leadership that I have done since.

The following 28 I have spent in growth leadership and execution roles with Global Executive Search and Talent Firms focused purely on Brands and Retail.

A path where I have been fortunate enough to turn around the performance of two businesses and for the last 10 years start and substantially grow PartnerWise in readiness for the initial sale to Newmore Capital in March 2022.

Apart from leading the growth, I have had the pleasure of advising and assisting many customers located across the globe in finding top talent, creating solutions to challenges, and delivering stretching aspirations.

All thoroughly enjoyable experiences from which many long-standing relationships have been forged and I am delighted to say I still support them to this day.
