I am one of the founding members of PartnerWise and a shareholder in the company, as well as a qualified Hogan practitioner.

I studied English at York University, before starting my career in search. For the last 14 years, I have built a global practice within fashion/lifestyle, sports and the wider consumer market.

I operate globally at C-suite and C-1 and C-2 levels across all leadership functions. My specialism, leadership focus and travel to customers all over the world has provided vast specific and holistic knowledge of my space, as well as insights into the cultures of clients and countries. More so, my candidate connectivity is truly global, as is my broad client base. I am proud to have supported some of the world’s largest brands and high growth disruptors as they build and scale their territory and global organisations, and through these I have relationships that span many years, with customers who repeat with me time and time again.

Outside of work I am passionate about the industries I recruit into and love fashion, staying active and challenging myself.
