After graduating with a degree in Business Management, I decided to follow my lifetime passion and move into the fashion industry to work for the Arcadia Group and then Emporio Armani as ladieswear Buyer. I later moved into recruitment, placing executive candidates within major fashion and luxury omni-channel brands whilst relocating to set up and manage new offices.

In 2009, I founded Raphael Recruitment and created recruitment strategies for companies in the UK and internationally. I then moved on to set up a cyber security tech business as COO, managing all operational aspects of the brand including securing investment.

Returning to executive search, I managed the end-to-end process for ORESA Ltd, partnering with consumer, digital, and PE-backed brands to build their executive teams. I placed various executives, including Data Directors, Chief Growth Officers, and Marketing Directors.

I’m an energetic and passionate individual who values integrity and honesty. I enjoy listening to and consulting on company challenges and building exceptional working relationships.
