After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University, where I obtained a degree in Sport Business, I joined an Executive Search company in London and have since worked within sport retail and recruitment. Throughout my career, I have developed a broad skillset that has enabled me to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

My background includes experience at Decathlon, where my love for recruitment was solidified and gave me a deep understanding of Retail and the ability to adapt to different working environments.

I have always had a deep passion for sport; whether it’s playing, spectating, sporting goods, retail, lifestyle, and events. I developed a passion for recruitment from my love of people, inquisitive nature, and drive to continually be learning, and I am excited to now be combining my recruitment expertise with my love for the industry.
