With over two decades of global search experience, I’ve partnered with international clients across a wide range of industries, from FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies to private equity-backed ventures. I’ve spent more than 10 years leading high-performing search teams — most recently heading the global retained search function at Wilson.

A career highlight for me was being named one of the industry’s top 100 leaders in the 2023 Staffing Industry Awards, a proud recognition of the work I’m passionate about.

My experience spans sectors including retail, consumer goods, technology, and financial services, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the world’s most recognisable brands. 

What excites me is using technology to innovate and improve how we deliver for both candidates and clients — an area I’m thrilled to keep developing with the brilliant team at Partnerwise.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me being a dad to two amazing girls, exploring new places whenever I can, and unwinding with a well-earned glass of red.
